Created in 2002, Catalis focuses on the recruitment of staff for human resources departments.
In 2006, at Catalis, we are convinced that the most successful transformations are those that combine operational rigor and inclusion of teams. Founded by professionals who have held positions in general management, commercial management, financial management, operational management, production management, human resources management, our company embodies a new generation of management firms.
Our name, Catalis, evokes the role of catalyst we play in the transformations of our clients. We analyze and advise, but above all, we are committed to your side, we accelerate change, and we create the conditions for its sustainability.
End of 2025, our website reflects our DNA more than ever. The symbol — composed of dynamic and convergent shapes—evokes:
